We’re a small team managing a large site and are relying on you to help us keep the Member Portal, Members Directory and ICE App a positive place for support, advice and enriching conversation.

When posting or commenting in the Member Portal and/or ICE App you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines. ICE has the right to remove any Content or members that breach these terms.
Community Guidelines
We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. To get the most out your ICE experience, follow these guidelines when using the Member Portal, Directory or participating in discussion in the ICE App:
GET INVOLVED
We’re a community of tremendously talented and passionate people. Don’t hold back in sharing your knowledge and being part of the conversation. If you’re new, say hello and get involved! Use the ICE App to develop relationships, to attend events and to organise your own member rides. If you’re invited to something, please respond in a timely manner; we’ve tried to make this easy for you.
KEEP IT FRIENDLY
Keep your posts, comments and private messages kind and be respectful of other participants. Be open and understanding of others who may have a different opinion to you. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
NO HATE SPEECH OR BULLYING
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
RESPECT and Privacy
We operate under Chatham House Rules. Be mindful of sharing personally identifying information about yourself or others.
Respect each other. A) We respect each other’s privacy and are considerate at all times. B) Contact information is not to be shared externally. Ever. C) Tell not sell. We’re like minded senior executives with a shared interest for cycling; we’re not a sales channel.
Respect the road. A) We use ‘rolling chain’ for ICE rides and encourage you to do the same when organising member to member rides. B) Always abide by local road rules, laws and customs. C) Uphold an exceptional standard of conduct while out on an ICE ride or in your ICE kit.
Respect the Community. A) We are always considerate of the community as whole and are actively involved in assisting in its development and growth. B) We must all participate in the community for it to be successful; what you put in is what you get out. C) Always welcome new members and take the time to build your personal and professional relationships within the community.
SPAM-FREE ZONE
Give more than you take. While we love self-promotion… remember we are “tell – not sell”, this is not a sales channel, please do not post unsolicited ads or the same content repeatedly.
