Alex Edney

Head of Engagement

Alex is responsible for connecting the dots across our ICE community – members, partners, and ride leaders alike. With a strong background in culture and leadership, Alex spent seven years at World Vision Australia, most recently as Head of Culture & Diversity. His approach is human-first, strategic, and always focused on building authentic relationships.

Off the bike, Alex is a self-confessed coffee snob, part-time philosopher, and full-time people-person. On the bike, he’s happiest adventuring off the beaten path, going full gas in a local club race, and occasionally questioning his life choices halfway up a climb.

Alex believes that cycling is more than a sport, it’s a way to connect, reflect, and grow.
