Within Australia a Formal ICE programme is currently run in Sydney and Melbourne. If you are based in other states and don’t anticipate travelling often, we recommend the ‘Associate’ subscription option.

Making your selection

To help you with your selection, we’ve outlined answers to frequently asked questions.

Access to the monthly networking ride program
All members are welcome to register for all rides. This includes Social Spins and formal rides attached to our monthly ‘WTB’ series. This will enable you to join any planned ride, regardless of whether you’re joining the formal breakfast or brunch session that follows.

Member only digital content/resources
Once you’ve signed up for your new membership, you’ll have access to the new ICE Portal. Within the portal, you’ll have access to:
Member Journey – enabling us to understand your evolving reasons and connection preferences in order to make regular and relevant introductions.
• Annual Event Calendar – helping you plan session attendance in advance.
• Member Directory – creating awareness of fellow members around the world.
• Member Benefits – special offers and access to partner products, services and experiences.

With a new release coming soon and feature enhancements following, you’ll also have access to our Member APP; enabling ongoing interaction with other members, creation of your own closed or open social rides, suggested connections based upon your member journey, cycling level (strava data feed), location and corporate profile.

What is an ICE core event
An ICE core event is listed as a “WTB’ series. These include; Breakfast With The Bunch, Brunch With The Bunch or Drinks With The Bunch.

What is an ICE Bespoke event
We’ll be offering new bespoke events throughout the year. These are events outside our core program such as experiences around UCI World Tour races or new ICE formats.

Our Connects Rides are also complimentary to members. However, these curated experiences are by invitation only, facilitating the Member Journey for those who’ve expressed interest in; connecting with the attendees, a particular topic of conversation or service provided by our Partners.

Associate Membership
If you don’t live in a city where we’re running a formal ICE event program, we’ve created an Associate Membership. With the portal making it easy to see what’s available in all locations, you’ll not only stay connected to the community but have the ability to join any of our core events, if your travel aligns, whilst the APP begins to activate your city for you and other members.

Business Membership
Business Membership is for members who’ll likely use ICE more regularly as a business tool. It allows you to join us at all core ‘WTB’ events throughout the year across all locations, with the ability to transfer the ticket to a colleague if unavailable. It also opens up additional curated opportunities for you and your organisation within the ICE program. For more information, please contact us.

What happens if my professional profile changes after I’ve become a member?
Nothing stays the same and you can’t grow without change! We get that. Once you’ve qualified to be a member, you’re always welcome in the ICE community and will have the option to change your membership package to best suit your new circumstance.

Can my company be involved in ICE?
Yes! A limited number of Corporate Partnerships are crafted to benefit and grow our ICE ecosystem. ICE Corporate Partners leverage a continuous platform (digital and face to face) and utilise storytelling platforms to share their business insights. Partnership enables access to a suite of tactical and strategic opportunities, providing deeper and sustainable relationship development, leading to healthier business outcomes. Contact us for more information. Additionally, the Business Membership option is a great place to start and your company can add to its involvement as you go through our Elements Program.

Where is ICE active?
ICE has communities around the world. Active locations with a full official event program are currently in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne). Bespoke and member driven events exist in other locations such as Singapore and London (e.g. Tour Down Under in Adelaide, Hammer Series in Hong Kong & Ride London in UK) with more active hubs planned to launch in 2020.
