Maickel brings a wealth of leadership experience from senior roles at Deloitte, EY, and DXC. Based in Sydney, Maickel is an avid cyclist with a passion for creating exceptional experiences and fostering community through the sport of cycling.

With a strong background in technology and business strategy, Maickel combines his professional expertise with his enthusiasm for cycling to enhance the Cycling Execs experience for members and partners. Known for his collaborative approach and innovative mindset, he is committed to building connections that matter and delivering value to the Cycling Execs community.

An ambassador for the Goodnessgravel cycling community and organiser of the Northern Beaches Dirty Dozen, Maickel embraces both the challenge and camaraderie that cycling offers. His leadership philosophy centres on empowering others, fostering growth, and creating opportunities for shared success.

Maickel’s vision for Cycling Execs is to strengthen its network of leaders, expand its reach, and continue delivering high-quality experiences that unite passion and purpose.
