If you agree, ICE will share the information that you have provided to us with it’s programme partners.

General: For the purpose of the GDPR, ICE Programme Partners can be independent data controllers meaning that they have to carefully look after your data in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). ICE Programme Partners can use the information you have provided to ICE (as to which see the “Information ICE Collects” section of the ICE Privacy Policy)

Ground of Processing: Under GDPR, ICE Programme Partners have to inform you of the ground(s) on which it is processing your personal information.  The ground on which ICE Programme Partners are processing your personal data for the purposes of contacting you.

Data retention: ICE Programme Partners will store your personal data which is used for contacting you.

Your rights:  ICE Programme Partners have certain rights in relation to the personal information ICE Programme Partners hold about you.  Details of these rights and how to exercise them can be provided on request to app@internationalcylingexecutives.com, where ICE will put you in contact with the applicable ICE Programme Partners. References to “We” in the ICE privacy policy include ICE Programme Partners.

Right to withdraw your consent: If at any time you want to stop ICE Programme Partners processing your data in the way set out above, all you need to do is email “ICE Programme Partners opt-out” to app@internationalcylingexecutives.com. ICE will contact the ICE Programme Partner, and the ICE Programme Partner will then remove your data from its analytics databases and email you to confirm that they have done so.
