If you agree, ICE will share the information that you have provided to us with its Program Partners.

General: For the purpose of the GDPR, “ICE Program Partners” (“identified by logos on the ICE Website”) become independent data controllers, meaning that they have to carefully look after your data in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). ICE Program Partners can use the information you have provided to ICE (as to which see the “Information ICE Collects” section of the ICE Privacy Policy)

Ground of Processing: Under GDPR, ICE Program Partners have to inform you of the ground(s) on which it is processing your personal information. The ground on which ICE Program Partners are processing your personal data for the purposes of contacting you.

Data retention: ICE Program Partners will store your personal data which is used for contacting you.

Your rights: ICE Program Partners have certain rights in relation to the personal information ICE Program Partners hold about you.
